B&B Classic Dogs: Family Fun for Valentine’s Day

This post is sponsored by B&B Classic Dogs. All opinions are my own.

For some, Valentine’s Day means date night, but for others, it’s all about sharing the love with the whole family!

When you want a night of games, good eats, and great company, check out B&B Classic Dogs in Bellevue!

Liv and I try to set a date night at least once a month for just mom and daughter. When I ask her where she wants to go to eat dinner, she usually will choose “the hot dog place”, B&B Classic Dogs.

While Liv’s choice is the “stay on the porch dog” (plain old, delicious Nathan hot dog) with ketchup, last time she did get a bit more adventurous and try my favorite, the PBB. Yes, Peanut Butter & Bacon. It may sound crazy, but you cannot go wrong with this combination.

A few other faves include the JRZ (melted cream cheese and purple pepper jelly on top of a toasted bun), the Slaw Dog (B&B Chili sauce, creamy cole slaw, and yellow mustard), and the Derf Dog (perfect mix of Hickory & Apple wood smoked dog, topped with BBQ sauce, onions, and shredded cheese). Can’t decide which dog to try? Have each of your family members get a different dog, or better yet, try Tru’s Trio and get three different mini dogs with your favorite toppings like I did!

Don’t forget to add on some delicious sides or desserts. From sweet potato fries, cheese curds, ice cream, and more, B&B does not disappoint!

If you are trying to stay a little healthy or not the meat eater in the family, B&B has salads and other delicious options!

For Valentine’s Day, get creative with a Big B Bouquet, six bacon-wrapped dogs on a stick in a lovely bouquet or a bacon rose bouquet. These are the perfect gifts for all the sweethearts in your family.

You can also show your love by writing messages in your favorite condiment on a one or two foot dog! During Valentine’s Week, you can also try a seasonal favorite, the Crunchy Valentine dog featuring B&B’s own homemade strawberry jelly, onion rings, and cream cheese.

Not only does Liv love the food, but they also have fun games! “My favorite game is the rockstar,” Liv said. “When I saw that one, it made me have Frozen powers and be a rockstar.” Although I can’t promise you that the Guitar Hero game at B&B will give you Elsa’s magical powers, I can assure you that you’ll have a fabulous time at B&B from dinnertime to play time. Arcade games are the perfect after dinner treat for the family. You can even redeem tickets for prizes for the kiddos!

Fall in love with B&B Classic Dogs for a perfect family date! B&B is located at 1020 Lincoln Rd Suite B in Bellevue, Nebraska, just West of Bellevue East and the Bellevue Public Library. Check out our original review of B&B from 2013!

Look at B&B’s online menu. What B&B dog or menu item do you want to try? Let us know in the comments!

Oh my gosh! The bacon bouquet! How funny is that. :). You’ve definitely got me curious about the PBB dog.

My son and husband would love this place! If my son could eat hot dogs for every meal, he probably would. And as a vegetarian, I’m glad to see they have salads (and cheese curds!!). Thanks for the idea–think we need to try it soon!
